There are other things encompassed in the role of a property manager but i believe these five are the ones that are most important and in my experience the ones that are most often neglected.

To add even more value to the service we offer i feel we have an obligation to keep up to date with property legislation changes and inform the Landord of their responsibilities and also provide advice where we can based on our experience of the world of property investing, hopefully helping our landlords buy more properties and be more successful so we intern become more successful.
